Our Mission
Money Like a Woman is inspired by women's experiences, designed to promote financial inclusivity and bring awareness to the unique & collaborative mindset women possess. We are not here to exclude anyone, or criticize men. We are here to unite as allies to support moms, daughters, sisters and all the great things women and girls bring to the table. It's about celebrating role models, mentors, influencers, business owners, teachers, caregivers, friends, relatives, and everyone who loves and supports them.

THE BETHBOARDS: NOMINATE A BUSINESS
We're calling our billboards "Bethboards" to honor women-led small businesses. We know first-hand how much promise women-led businesses have driving growth and employment in their communities, and this is our way of supporting them—by sponsoring digital billboards that feature them. If you know a woman-led small business that should be on one of our Bethboards, please nominate them here!

MONEY LIKE A MOM
A new family banking app to help teach your family about finance. We are aiming to launch a new family banking app in the next year that is designed to help families bank together. This tool will provide educational resources to make learning to save, invest, and manage money fun and engaging for the whole family.
MONEY LIKE A VISIONARY AWARDS
We are celebrating the achievements of deserving women-focused business leaders across four categories: a corporate leader, an entrepreneur, a community leader, and a young professional. Stay tuned to submit your nominations in the coming months!

We are working on the creation of a fun, educational children's book series that will introduce basic money concepts to kids.

Money Like A Woman isn’t about excluding anyone – it’s about including everyone. Bethpage is not becoming a women-only credit union. Our products and services will still be offered to all, regardless of gender. Money Like A Woman is simply about celebrating strengths that many women bring to the table, such as long-term planning, collaborative decision-making, and a holistic approach to financial health. We’re inviting all our members – men, women, and everyone in between – to embrace these strengths. This includes dads cheering on their daughters’ dreams, sons supporting their hardworking moms, and partners building financial futures together. When we ‘Money Like A Woman,’ we’re creating a financial world that’s more inclusive and successful for everyone.
Bethpage is always looking for ways to better serve our members and communities. We’re consistently driven by our values of inclusivity, respect, collaboration, ethics, and innovation. Money Like A Woman is an expression of these values intended to meet the needs of our members at this moment. It is a movement evolved out of our vision of enriching lives; an extension of the work we do to facilitate positive change for our members and make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Money Like A Woman paves the way for a diverse array of innovative resources, tools, and more for our members. Some offerings that are currently being worked on include digital tools, a family banking app, and special credit programs. We are excited about the development of these resources and look forward to sharing them with our members soon.
Money Like A Woman does not change our commitment to our members but rather deepens our investment in supporting them more effectively.
