Replacement Card/Activation

Our new credit cards provide our members with enhanced convenience and security. They feature Mastercard® contactless tap-and-go technology and have a sleek and modern design.

Your new card was mailed out on 7/31/2023 and should have arrived 5-7 business days later.

You should activate your card immediately by calling 866-820-3847. Or you can activate your card easily in Online Banking by clicking ‘Accounts’, then ‘Manage a credit card’.

Your previous card was deactivated on Sunday, 8/20/2023. Please activate your new card and start using it right away.

Each person on the account will have their own unique card number. This will help each member enjoy financial management while still benefiting from shared rewards.

A new card will not impact your current automatic payments. You will not have to set up your currently scheduled payments again.

PIN

You only need a PIN for cash advance transactions at an Automated Teller Machine. A PIN is no longer necessary for point-of-sale transactions as your Bethpage Mastercard® is a Tap and Go contactless, signature-preferred card.

PIN Mailers are no longer being mailed.

To change or create a PIN, you can call the number on the back of your card, (866) 820-3847, and change or create your PIN through the automated phone system.

Rewards
(Only applies to cardholders with rewards)

Bethpage offers two types of rewards cards – cash and points rewards.

Accrued cash earnings are received annually on each November statement as a statement credit.

Cash rewards will appear on your monthly statements as a point value. Every one cent ($0.01) in cash rewards earned equals one point, but they will be applied to your November statement as a statement credit.

This is the new platform for redeeming points.

Yes, all cardholders with a Rewards Points card will need to complete a one-time registration process before entering our uChoose Rewards point redemption page through Bethpage Online Banking portal.

You can redeem your points towards merchandise, gift cards, travel and you can now use points to Pay with Points towards in-store and online purchases.

Be You Rewards Discontinuation

Bethpage has decided to discontinue the Be You Rewards card. Your new card will be our Rewards Points card. All earned points from the Be You Rewards card will be transferred to your new rewards account and the $95 annual fee will be credited back to your account.

The Be You Rewards card earned 2 points per dollar spent and 3 points per dollar spent for a specific category, but there was a $95 annual fee. Your new Rewards Points card will earn 1 point per dollar spent, but with no annual fee.

Digital Banking

Yes, members will now be able to transfer payments directly from their Bethpage account to their credit card. If made before 6 pm EST, the payment will be posted with the date you made the payment. If paid after 6 pm EST, it will be posted with the next business day’s date.

Due to a recent system upgrade, the statement design has changed but with all pertinent information and much more.

The recent system upgrade allows cardholders to access their previous statements for up to one year. Cardholders can access online statements from July 2022 to July 2023. However, please call us at (866) 820-3847 for statement requests beyond this time frame, and we will be happy to provide them.

Business Credit Cards – Digital Banking

Yes, business cardholders will be able to access their credit card accounts on an online platform called SpendTrack.

You can access SpendTrack on a computer or laptop. SpendTrack cannot be accessed on the Bethpage mobile app.

When you log onto your Bethpage online banking account using your computer or laptop and you will automatically be verified and logged into SpendTrack to view your credit card.

You can pay your bill, view recent transactions and statements, activate your card, replace a card, add travel notifications, see your spending analytics and more. In addition, you can also add individuals to SpendTrack to view your business account.

In SpendTrack you can add users by sending them an invitation. They will receive a SpendTrack Welcome & Activation email. Once they open that email, they will be provided with steps on how to set up their SpendTrack Account.
