Bethpage Federal Credit Union is becoming FourLeaf
For over 80 years, we have evolved to meet the growing financial needs of our members. As our membership has expanded beyond our Bethpage roots—to all of Long Island, New York City, and ultimately, nationwide—our organization has brought the same commitment to every community we serve. You, our members, are the reason for our success, and we are honored that you have trusted us over the years.
As we’ve grown into a credit union with the ability to offer our products across the country, we know that our brand must evolve with us. We need a modern, forward-thinking brand that resonates with a broader audience as we continue to enrich as many lives as possible, no matter where in the U.S. members live. After months of extensive market research, brand studies, and strategic planning, we’re thrilled to announce that Bethpage will be changing its name to FourLeaf.
The FourLeaf name is bold and truly unique in our industry. We are proud to share this new name and innovative brand in the coming months as we continue our journey as a best-in-class financial institution.
What does the rebrand mean for our members?
While our name is changing, our vision, mission, and values are not. We will remain a federal credit union deeply committed to enriching the lives of our members, employees, and the communities we serve.
This rebrand not only reflects our ambition to expand our offerings, but FourLeaf also symbolizes our momentum, purpose, and ongoing connection to our members and communities. As our organization grows, we can further invest in our products, services, and technology to better serve our members and offer even more value.
What is not changing?
Although our name is changing, we remain a federal credit union, deeply committed to all members. We are still the same organization at our core offering members the same great service.
We will continue to offer a wide array of competitive savings and loan products to meet your growing financial needs. Our goal still stands to make banking easy and convenient so that you can achieve your financial goals. With that, we are working on new exciting technology that will offer existing members more tools for financial education and planning.
We remain committed to our partnerships and programs that positively impact the communities we serve. We will continue to support Island Harvest with our annual Turkey Drive to help supply Thanksgiving meals to underserved communities.
We have been the lead sponsor for the Air Show at Jones Beach for 20 years, and we intend to keep that going as long as possible – just with a new name.
Since 2002, we have been an integral community partner through our charitable giving and our community development programs, including our annual Northwell Health Walk, Pet Adoption Program, and the Bethpage Scholarship Program, just to name a few. We are proud to continue our community involvement to help improve the quality of life on Long Island and beyond.
About the rebrand
No, the change in our branding is not the result of a merger or acquisition. We are the same financial institution, just with a different name.
Our membership today extends well beyond our original Bethpage roots. As we continue to expand our physical footprint with the opening of several new branches, we are bringing our vision of enriching lives to new communities off Long Island and outside of New York.
Changing our name will give us the opportunity to alleviate any confusion that people may have about whether they can only bank with us if they live on Long Island.
The name FourLeaf honors our heritage and represents our commitment to growth and prosperity. Our new name symbolizes momentum, purpose, and an ongoing connection to our members and communities. FourLeaf will propel us forward to help more people nationwide achieve their financial dreams. We are proud to share this new name and innovative brand in the coming months as we continue on our journey as a best-in-class financial institution.
The rebranding includes a color update and a new logo. We’re returning to a deeper blue, honoring our Grumman founders, and keeping orange to celebrate our Bethpage chapter. Together, the colors reflect our core membership in New York. Our new logo reflects our future – the subtle infinity symbol representing infinite possibilities for all of us – today, tomorrow, and always.
Over time, all of our branches will have a new look with signage to incorporate our new name. Our website and marketing material will also have a new look and feel to it once we incorporate our new brand identity.
Over the years, Bethpage has made changes including rebranding a couple of times. With each change, the organization has always pushed to grow and achieve goals. Through the changes, our care for members as well as our products and services remained the same. Rebranding to FourLeaf is no different.
