A message from the President.
As we welcome the new year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your trust and partnership. Your support has been the cornerstone of our success, and we are truly honored to serve you.
In November of 2024, I shared with you that 2025 is going to be a big year for us. We are rebranding and changing our name to FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (FourLeaf)! This rebrand is more than just a name change. It represents our commitment to growth and prosperity, not only for our credit union but also for our members, who have been an integral part of our success.
I am proud to lead a truly fantastic team as we transition from Bethpage to FourLeaf in the coming weeks. Our commitment to our current membership and communities remains unchanged. We are well-prepared to create new opportunities to enhance your experience with us. We continue to make banking easy and convenient through investments in technology, adding new products to meet the evolving needs of our membership, and opening more new branches in the near future. Our virtual branch continues to thrive for members who do not live near a branch or prefer to do their banking at home. Our priority is to continue to provide great service to our members, remain a Certified Great Place To Work®, and make a positive impact within the communities we serve.
In October of 2024, we also launched a powerful new movement in the banking industry. Money Like A Woman is an extension of the work we do to facilitate positive and meaningful change in our communities. Learn more about Money Like A Woman on page 7 and see what else we have planned.
I am beyond grateful for your ongoing membership and thank you for your unwavering support. I wish you health, happiness, and a wonderful new year filled with opportunity and success. We are embarking on this exciting new chapter together, and I look forward to sharing more details with you as we become FourLeaf Federal Credit Union.
Here’s to growth, prosperity, and our ongoing journey as a best-in-class financial institution!
Sincerely,
Linda Armyn
President & Chief Executive Officer

Adopt-a-Family.
Throughout the year, Bethpage works closely with two non-profit organizations – EAC Network (Empower, Assist & Care) and Options for Community Living – to help make a positive impact in underserved communities across Long Island. EAC Network is a not-for-profit social service agency that helps people in need through programs that protect children, help seniors and empower individuals to take control of their lives. Options for Community Living receives wish lists during the holidays from families in their programs and pairs them with community volunteers like Bethpage.
In 2024, Bethpage adopted 60 families in need. Bethpage is proud to support this great program for the holidays by helping to provide these families with toys, games, clothing and other items.

What an EXCITING time it is! New name – same credit union you know and love!
Bethpage is becoming FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in the first quarter of 2025.
Since opening our doors in 1941, Bethpage has been dedicated to meeting the needs of our members and communities. As our membership has grown beyond our original roots in Bethpage to encompass all of Long Island, New York City, and, ultimately, the whole nation, we acknowledge the importance of evolving to meet your changing needs.
After several months of extensive research, including conducting member, non-member, and employee surveys, it was determined that most people perceived that Bethpage is small and local, and they could only bank with us if they lived or worked in the area. This data showed that it was time for a rebrand, especially given our expansion and opening of new branches in Queens and New Jersey. This name change is more than just a rebrand. It represents our commitment to growth and prosperity and comes at a time when we are stronger than ever.

What does the rebrand mean for our members?
As our organization grows, we can further invest in our products, services, and technology to better serve our members and offer even more value. As we rebrand to FourLeaf, members can expect the same personalized service and our same commitment to the community. We continue to stand by our belief that banking is more than just numbers, and we want to help members achieve their dreams by offering an alternative to big banks.
Everything that defines us – our vision, mission, values, culture, and commitment to exceptional member services – remains true. We are still a federal credit union deeply committed to enriching the lives of our members, employees, and communities.
![newsletter-four](https://www.bethpagefcu.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/newsletter-four.png)
We may look different, but that’s all that is changing!
We will continue to offer a wide array of competitive savings and loan products to meet your growing financial needs. As we invest in our members’ future, we will focus on developing and implementing technology upgrades to make banking even easier and more convenient so that you can achieve your financial goals. Investing in our future and our members’ future will lead to prosperity and infinite possibilities. When you reach your financial aspirations, goals, and dreams, we have succeeded in enriching the lives we care about.
Community Commitment
Our partnerships with non-profit, government, and local organizations strengthen our bond with the communities we serve. Supporting Island Harvest with our annual Turkey Drive to help supply Thanksgiving meals to underserved communities has always been and will continue to be at the forefront of our community involvement.
We have been the lead sponsor for the Air Show at Jones Beach for 20 years, and we intend to keep that going as long as possible – just with a new name.
Since 2002, we have been an integral community partner through our charitable giving and community development programs, including our annual Northwell Health Walk, Pet Adoption Program, the Bethpage Scholarship Program, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, free financial education webinars, and our sponsorship with News 12 Scholar Athlete Award, just to name a few.
Every year our hearts are filled with gratitude as we give back to the community and make a positive impact on Long Island. Our community commitment is ingrained in our culture and that will never change. We can’t wait to bring our support and involvement to other communities to help enrich even more lives.

A movement begins
In October 2024, Bethpage started a movement.
Money Like A Woman was designed to promote financial inclusivity and bring awareness to the unique and collaborative mindset women possess that enables all individuals, families, and
communities to thrive.
This movement was created as an extension of the work we do to facilitate positive change and make an impact in the communities we serve across Long Island, the tri-state area and beyond.
Why Money Like A Woman?
Our goal is to acknowledge and celebrate the financial strengths of women. Women are great connectors, bringing people and ideas together with outstanding communication, empathy, and collaboration skills. It’s these qualities that foster inclusive environments where everyone’s voices are heard and valued. The goal of this movement is to welcome all, regardless of gender, to embrace and leverage these unique strengths.
This movement comes at a time of unstoppable female icons and inspiring stories of female empowerment, such as The Barbie Movie, Taylor Swift, Caitlin Clark, and Simone Biles. Money Like A Woman supports this cultural movement as an extension of our work to make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Money Like A Woman is not about fixing, criticizing or excluding anyone, but rather uniting as allies to support and celebrate moms, daughters, sisters and all the great things women and girls bring to the table. Anyone and everyone can Money Like A Woman.
